Services

I offer in-home medical evaluations and treatment,  as well as phone-only consultations to residents of Dallas and Collin counties. I can help with all general pediatric illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment.  If a higher level of care or laboratory service is deemed necessary for your child after consultation, I will help you obtain that care at the nearest appropriate facility.  I am not available 24/7 since I am the sole practitioner, but all efforts will be made to accomodate your needs as soon as possible when you call.  I am fully compliant with all HIPPA rules and regulations, please go to www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy for full details and summary or request a copy via email on my contact page.

Pricing and payment:

In home evaluations are $125.00 a visit,  add $25 dollars for each additional child at same visit.

Phone only consultations are $35.00 each call.

Call for group rates on camp/sports physicals.

I accept cash, personal checks or online invoicing via secure email. I cannot accept any major medical insurance including medicaid, but you will be given an invoice with the appropriate CPT code if you choose to file yourself.

I cannot provide psychiatric evaluations or psychiatric medication refills including ADHD at this time.  No immunizations, blood work or x-rays available, but I can direct you to the nearest facility if those tests are needed. I am not an emergency service, if your child is experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
